About the Role

You will own design strategy and execution for retail crypto trading and support onchain experiences. You will partner with engineering, product, legal, and compliance from concept through launch, use AI in your workflow, and create clear, usable experiences for new and experienced crypto users.

Requirements

Product design experience with complex consumer-facing products and end-to-end ownership.
Active use of AI in the design workflow.
Systems thinking.
Experience partnering with engineering, product, research, legal, and compliance in a regulated environment.
Fluency in crypto and willingness to learn more.

Responsibilities

Lead product design strategy for retail crypto experiences.
Collaborate with engineering, product, design leadership, legal, and compliance from concept through launch.
Turn complex concepts into usable and intuitive experiences.
Use AI to explore problem spaces, identify edge cases, and prototype quickly.
Set and uphold design-quality standards across crypto experiences.
