About the Role

You will own end-to-end growth design for everyday product use. You will diagnose adoption barriers through research and data, define a product vision and roadmap, redesign onboarding and core workflows, prototype ideas, run experiments, and mentor designers.

Requirements

• Portfolio of shipped product-design work demonstrating product vision and craft
• Experience owning growth for a major product area end to end
• Growth design experience in activation, onboarding, retention, engagement, or expansion
• Experience designing, launching, and interpreting experiments
• Fluency with product analytics including funnels, retention, and engagement
• Proficiency with design, prototyping, and AI tools including Figma and Claude Code
• Collaboration and communication experience across product, engineering, and data science

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end growth design for everyday product use
• Diagnose drivers and barriers to habitual use through data, research, and product exploration
• Set a product vision and roadmap with product, engineering, and data science partners
• Redesign onboarding, first-run experiences, and core workflows
• Shape and evaluate hypotheses and experiments
• Deliver high-quality interactions
• Drive alignment across partner teams
• Mentor designers and clearly frame problems
• Prototype and test ideas using Claude Code and other AI tools
