About the Role

You will design end-to-end product experiences for web and mobile, translating complex DeFi mechanics and data-heavy flows into intuitive, user-centered interfaces. You will create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes, refine micro-interactions and edge states, contribute to the design system, and collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure designs ship as intended.

Requirements

• Strong product design fundamentals including hierarchy, typography, spacing, interaction, and systems thinking
• Experience designing complex digital products such as fintech, trading, dashboards, or developer tools
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and shaping problems as well as solutions
• Experience contributing to or working within a design system
• A genuine eye for detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
• Confident cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering
• Able to clearly articulate design rationale and give and receive thoughtful critique
• Curiosity about web3 and DeFi (willingness to be brought up to speed)
• Experience designing data-dense or high-trust financial interfaces (nice to have)
• Curiosity about AI and how it can improve product design and workflows (nice to have)

• Collaborate with engineering to ensure shipped product matches design vision
• Partner with product to shape problem definition, user flows, and success criteria
• Think through edge cases, error states, and loading scenarios
• Utilise latest AI tools in day-to-day design work
