About the Role
You will design end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile, translating complex DeFi mechanics and data-heavy flows into clear, user-centered interfaces. You will create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes, evolve and maintain the design system, and sweat the micro-interactions and edge states. You will collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented faithfully and partner with product to define problems, user flows, and success criteria. You will also consider error states, loading scenarios, and use AI tools to improve your design process.
Requirements
- Product design fundamentals including hierarchy, typography, spacing, interaction, and systems thinking
- Experience designing complex digital products such as fintech, trading, dashboards, or developer tools
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and shaping problems as well as solutions
- Experience contributing to or working within a design system
- A genuine eye for detail and consistency
- Confident collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering
- Able to clearly articulate design rationale and give and receive thoughtful critique
