About the Role
You will shape product decisions through deep user understanding, design end-to-end user journeys, prototype and test solutions, and simplify Web3 experiences for Web2 users. You will contribute to and maintain design systems, use data to inform design choices, work closely with product and engineering, and participate in design critiques.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Design or UX Design experience
- Understand problems before jumping to solutions
- Practice data-driven design and seek evidence-based solutions
- Curiosity and willingness to ask questions
- Attention to detail and storytelling when presenting work
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team and fast-paced environment
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring order to chaos
- Accountability and willingness to learn daily
- Genuine interest in crypto and financial products
- Openness to applying AI tools to improve design workflow

- Contribute to product and design strategy
- Own end-to-end user journeys from ideation to production
- Make Web3 simple and approachable for Web2 users
