About the Role
You will lead the post-silicon validation strategy for AI SoCs and enable reliable pre-production software on new silicon. You will resolve issues across silicon, firmware, operating systems, and platforms; improve automation and coverage; align teams; and communicate validation progress, risks, and quality indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- 15 to 20 years of silicon, system, or platform validation experience
- 5 to 10 years of technical leadership experience
- Experience leading post-silicon validation and bring-up for complex SoCs
- Understanding of SoC architecture, coherency protocols, power management, and interconnects
- Expertise with debug tools, DFT infrastructure, and validation automation frameworks

Responsibilities
- Define and lead the post-silicon validation strategy
- Investigate and resolve issues across silicon, firmware, operating systems, and platforms
- Align design, software, and validation teams on quality objectives and debug priorities
- Advance emulation, prototyping, and large-scale validation infrastructure
- Improve validation methods, automation, and analysis
- Report validation progress, risks, and quality indicators to leadership and partners
- Contribute to product readiness assessments and roadmap decisions
- Develop people and foster an inclusive team culture
