About the Role
You will design, build, and operate scalable secure infrastructure platforms for enterprise applications. You will automate provisioning deployment and operations develop infrastructure as code write platform tooling improve CI/CD and observability and ensure reliable compliant production environments. You will also make architectural decisions partner with other functions and mentor engineers on cloud and infrastructure practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in platform engineering cloud infrastructure or DevOps
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and architecture
- Expertise in infrastructure and platform automation and orchestration
- Deep experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform CloudFormation or equivalent
- Programming or scripting skills in Python Go or similar languages
- Experience designing enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures microservices and containerized environments
- Experience implementing secure highly available production environments
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Design scalable resilient and secure platform infrastructure
- Develop and maintain cloud-native platforms on AWS
- Lead architectural decisions for platform services distributed systems and infrastructure
- Implement highly available and fault-tolerant infrastructure
- Build automation frameworks for provisioning deployment and operations
- Develop orchestration pipelines for infrastructure lifecycle and application delivery
- Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform CloudFormation or similar tools
- Write automation and platform code in Python Go or similar languages
- Maintain reusable infrastructure modules libraries and platform tooling
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and release workflows
- Implement observability monitoring and alerting frameworks
- Ensure platforms meet security compliance and reliability standards
- Provide technical leadership on platform architecture and infrastructure practices
- Mentor engineers on automation cloud-native architecture and infrastructure design
