About the Role
Own and evolve the people technology ecosystem with a strong focus on Workday configuration, integrations, cross-system workflows, automation, and AI-driven tools.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience working with Workday HCM in a techno-functional capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration, including business processes, security, reporting, and notifications.
- Experience building or supporting Workday integrations using EIB, RaaS, Core Connectors, or Studio.
- Experience bridging functional stakeholders and technical implementation teams.
- Understanding of APIs, data flows, and integration patterns.
- Experience troubleshooting integration failures and performing root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with automation or iPaaS platforms such as Workato and AI-powered tools.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language.
- Comfort owning projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice-to-have experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, ATS platforms, learning platforms, global payroll and EOR integrations, or AI/ML tools in People Technology.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of enhancements across Workday and the broader People Tech stack.
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM business processes, security, notifications, and reporting.
- Partner with People, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and BizTech stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Identify and implement automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve data integrity and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure interoperability across Workday, Adaptive, Ashby, payroll providers, and other People systems.
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations with external systems.
- Monitor integration health, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Support workforce planning and headcount data flows between Workday and Adaptive.
- Support testing for new functionality and product releases.
- Maintain documentation and best practices for system governance, change management, and support.
- Stay current on AI and automation trends in HR Technology and recommend improvements.
