About the Role
You will partner with senior Product and Marketing leaders to turn business priorities into actionable people strategies. You will advise on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and core HR domains. You will lead talent review processes, collaborate with People functions, and use people analytics to provide recommendations that support organizational health and decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience as a People Business Partner supporting senior leaders up to the VP level in fast-paced technology environments.
- Knowledge of performance and talent management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and compensation.
- Experience executing end-to-end people programs, including talent assessments, calibrations, and compensation reviews.
- Ability to use people data to identify trends and shape recommendations.
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams across regions and time zones, including familiarity with EMEA processes.
- Ability to work through change and ambiguity while balancing strategic input with hands-on execution.
- Asynchronous and cross-functional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into actionable people strategies.
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Lead talent reviews, including succession planning, calibration, promotion cycles, and compensation reviews.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management and Development, and other functions to deliver a consistent employee experience.
- Use people analytics to assess organizational health, identify capability gaps and retention needs, and provide strategic recommendations.
