About the Role
You will administer defined-benefit retirement plans in a multi-client environment. You will process calculations and disbursements, interpret plan rules, resolve participant requests, build calculation tools, support audits, manually review pension benefits, test system upgrades, and contribute to departmental projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong mathematics, analysis, and calculation-tool development skills
- Strong Excel, Outlook, and Word skills
- Strong communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to handle confidential client data with discretion
- Defined Benefit knowledge and experience is preferred but not required
- No immigration sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Administer defined-benefit retirement plans for clients and participants
- Process calculations and disbursement setups accurately and on time
- Review and route participant requests
- Interpret plan rules and build calculation tools
- Analyze transactions and maintain quality standards
- Explain calculations and resolve participant or client issues
- Support client and internal audits
- Calculate and review pension benefits
- Test system upgrades and releases
- Participate in departmental projects
