About the Role

You will design, build, and ship internal AI tools, agents, integrations, and workflows. You will evaluate AI tools and models, run pilots, partner with engineering and business functions, measure adoption and quality, implement AI guardrails, and drive tool adoption through documentation and support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software-engineering experience
• Experience shipping tools, platforms, or products for large user bases
• Experience with AI coding tools and agents
• Experience building AI-powered products, agents, or workflows
• Prompt engineering

• Python or another common programming language
• Build systems

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship internal AI tooling, agents, and workflows
• Integrate and extend third-party AI tools
• Evaluate AI tools, models, and agent frameworks and run structured pilots
• Partner with engineers, researchers, and business teams to prototype and iterate on workflows
• Build observability for AI-tool usage, adoption, cost, and quality
• Implement responsible-AI guardrails with Security, Legal, IT, and Infrastructure
• Drive adoption through documentation, enablement, office hours, and hands-on support
