About the Role
You will own NetSuite architecture and technical development, build configurations and scripts, reduce technical debt, and develop integrations. You will lead data migrations, maintain data consistency, manage the development lifecycle, translate business needs into technical solutions, and advise on build-versus-buy decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years implementing, configuring, and scaling NetSuite
- Expertise in SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, the NetSuite data model, and SuiteTalk or REST APIs
- Experience with NetSuite OneWorld, multi-subsidiary design, multi-book accounting, Advanced Revenue Management, and intercompany transactions
- Experience integrating NetSuite with enterprise systems
- Experience with source control, SuiteCloud Development Framework, and CI/CD
- Understanding of journals, reconciliations, accruals, consolidations, and financial-close processes
- Ability to use AI tools in day-to-day work
- Experience with Workato, Celigo, Boomi, or a similar integration platform
Responsibilities
- Own NetSuite architecture, solution standards, performance, and scalability
- Design and build custom NetSuite solutions through configuration and scripting
- Reduce technical debt, redundant logic, and fragile customisations
- Architect and support integrations with upstream and downstream systems
- Maintain data consistency across entities and currencies
- Lead data migrations for new entities and acquisitions
- Own the NetSuite development lifecycle, source control, testing, and deployment
- Translate business requirements into documented technical solutions
- Partner with systems engineers and external consultants
- Advise on build-versus-buy decisions and customisation costs
