About the Role
You will own the strategy governance and value realization of an external market data portfolio. You will map datasets to business uses manage budgets and forecasts govern licensing and entitlements evaluate vendors and data quality support integrations and coordinate with legal compliance finance trading research and technology stakeholders.
Requirements
- Deep familiarity with market data usage in a trading organization
- Hands-on experience with market data licensing entitlements and compliance
- Proven experience in market data vendor management and negotiations
- Strong analytical and financial skills in budgeting forecasting and consumption modeling
- Experience with usage telemetry and cost allocation
- Experience with data engineering MDM and market data platforms
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Structured process-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement and measurable outcomes
Responsibilities
- Map datasets to use cases workflows and systems
- Model usage seat inventory and consumption trends
- Create spend forecasts and track variance and return on investment
- Govern licensing entitlements compliance and audit requirements
- Benchmark vendors and evaluate data quality and coverage
