About the Role

Own and improve Crusoe's global travel program, including the Navan platform, vendor relationships, policy governance, employee travel experience, cross-functional coordination, reporting, process improvement, training, documentation, and communications.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of corporate travel program management experience
  • Hands-on experience managing Navan or a comparable corporate travel platform
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Experience collaborating with Finance, IT, People, and Procurement
  • Ability to analyze and present spend and compliance data
  • Ability to manage competing priorities autonomously
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Experience with policy exception and accommodation review processes

Responsibilities

  • Own the Navan platform configuration and optimization
  • Coordinate Navan changes with IT Systems
  • Manage policy exceptions and accommodation requests
  • Manage the Navan vendor relationship
  • Escalate contract, pricing, and SLA issues to Procurement
  • Lead monthly program reviews
  • Report spend trends, policy compliance, and NPS findings
  • Implement scalable travel program processes
  • Manage Navan training and WorkRamp completion
  • Analyze employee satisfaction metrics
  • Maintain travel documentation, FAQs, and communications
  • Answer travel policy questions
