About the Role
You will lead verification and validation for autonomy, mission-oriented, and avionics software. You will build scalable automated test infrastructure, develop system test cases, oversee SIL, HIL, and VIL testing, and coordinate flight-test and software-release campaigns.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
- 8+ years of software testing, systems testing, or verification and validation experience for safety-critical or mission-critical systems
- 3+ years of team leadership experience, including managing managers
- Proficiency in test automation, scripting, data analysis, and test infrastructure development
- Experience building automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience validating autonomous behaviors or distributed real-time systems
- Understanding of verification methodologies, requirements traceability, test planning, and regression testing
- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop testbeds, embedded systems, or avionics integration
- Ability to design system-level test cases for edge cases, degraded modes, and safety-critical scenarios
