About the Role
You will lead senior and principal product managers across Continuous Integration, Artifact Management, Continuous Deployment, and Observability. You will set the long-term product strategy for agentic software delivery, connect the customer journey across build, package, deploy, and monitor workflows, and collaborate with engineering on platform investments and architectural trade-offs. You will use customer insights and product data to prioritize roadmaps, improve adoption and retention, and guide customers toward AI-enabled delivery models. You will also drive pricing, packaging, and go-to-market alignment while using AI tools in product discovery, synthesis, prototyping, and concept development.
Requirements
- Experience leading product managers in a people leadership role.
- Hands-on product management experience with CI/CD pipelines, artifact or package management, release management, or observability.
- Ability to own a broad portfolio across multiple product areas and align teams around a shared vision and execution model.
- Technical fluency in pipeline design, artifact workflows, deployment strategies, logs, metrics, and traces.
- Experience working with technical customers in developer tools, DevOps, or software delivery environments.
- Experience with pricing and packaging for technical products across free, commercial, and enterprise offerings.
- Communication and influence skills for aligning executives, cross-functional partners, and customers.
- Practical use of AI tools in product management workflows and understanding of agentic software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead senior and principal product managers across Continuous Integration, Artifact Management, Continuous Deployment, and Observability.
- Define the product strategy and long-term vision for the Agentic Software Delivery portfolio.
- Connect build, package, deploy, and monitor experiences into a coherent customer journey.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership on platform investments, architectural direction, and portfolio trade-offs.
- Drive pricing, packaging, and go-to-market alignment with cross-functional partners.
- Use customer insight and product data to prioritize roadmaps and improve adoption and retention.
- Champion migration and adoption paths to advanced CI/CD and AI-enabled delivery models.
- Use AI tools for product discovery, synthesis, prototyping, roadmap exploration, and concept development.
