About the Role
You will lead finance integration from letter of intent through post-close execution. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, prepare acquired entities for Day 1, manage entity setup and wind-down processes, and maintain integration playbooks, templates, trackers, and reporting.
Requirements
- End-to-end ownership of at least two finance integration or entity setup projects
- Accounting fluency in close processes, chart of accounts, intercompany, statutory reporting, and purchase accounting
- Program management experience across multiple parallel workstreams
- Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent ERP systems in acquisition and migration contexts
- Ability to work with Legal, Tax, People, Corporate Development, and Finance teams
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own finance integration plans for transactions from LOI through Day 90
- Coordinate finance workstreams with Corporate Development, Legal, People, and Finance
- Drive Day 1 readiness, including banking, payroll, AP/AR, ERP, and chart-of-accounts setup
- Manage closing spreadsheets, net working capital mechanics, and post-close true-ups
- Build and run legal entity setup and wind-down processes
- Maintain entity trackers, integration playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures
- Lead post-deal retrospectives and implement process improvements
- Implement tooling and automation for recurring program work
