About the Role
You will own the developer platform business, including API revenue, developer funnel metrics, platform strategy, and product priorities. You will work directly with developers, ship integrations, partner with technical and go-to-market functions, and grow a product management team as the business scales.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Experience leading a developer-facing platform or API product
- Experience improving revenue and adoption metrics
- Knowledge of usage-based API business economics and pricing
- Experience with API and SDK design
- Experience with developer onboarding, activation, documentation, and developer relations
- Technical fluency in latency, cost, reliability, and integration ergonomics
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Drive API revenue and developer funnel goals
- Create and execute developer platform strategy
- Prioritize platform investments and product portfolio decisions
- Land and grow agencies, software tools, and platform partners
- Support developer success with internal deployment teams
- Talk with developers regularly and ship reference integrations
- Partner with engineering, design, developer relations, product marketing, and partnerships
- Hire and manage product managers as the business grows
