About the Role
You will own the strategy and roadmap for ambient speech capabilities. You will turn clinician needs into requirements, partner with machine-learning and engineering teams, define quality metrics, run discovery and experiments, and align stakeholders around reliable speech products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product-management experience
- Experience building ML-powered products or working with ML teams
- Experience discussing technical systems, APIs, latency, reliability, experimentation, and product instrumentation
- Strong product strategy and prioritization ability
- Strong analytical skills and product-data interpretation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ambient speech capabilities
- Translate clinician needs into product opportunities, requirements, and success metrics
- Partner with ML engineers on speech-recognition and audio-processing improvements
- Make trade-offs among accuracy, latency, cost, reliability, and time to market
- Define and monitor product quality metrics
- Lead discovery with clinicians and customers
- Design experiments and launch plans
- Collaborate with teams to integrate speech capabilities reliably
- Build stakeholder alignment and production feedback loops
