About the Role

You will own and evolve the Deal Desk function, lead a small team, structure complex commercial solutions, improve approval frameworks and pricing guardrails, manage end-to-end deal approvals, automate workflows, analyze performance data, and build scalable playbooks and enablement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategic Finance, Commercial Operations, or a related function
• Experience supporting complex commercial transactions at a high-growth technology company
• Expertise in pricing, deal structuring, contracting, approvals, and quote-to-cash
• Experience partnering with Sales leadership on complex enterprise deals
• Experience leading or mentoring team members
• Commercial judgment and analytical problem-solving skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Experience applying AI tools such as Claude Code to automate workflows and improve decision-making

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small Deal Desk team
• Own the Deal Desk function
• Structure commercial solutions across pricing, contract terms, payment structures, and packaging
• Design approval frameworks, pricing guardrails, commercial policies, and deal governance
• Own the end-to-end deal approval process across Salesforce, CPQ, contracting, and financial systems
• Drive automation and process improvements
• Use data to identify trends and improve operational performance
• Build playbooks, documentation, and enablement
