About the Role

You will serve as the finance partner to Sales, Deal Desk, and Revenue Operations. You will own revenue forecasting, evaluate pricing and deal structures, build sales analytics, analyze forecast variances, develop deal-economics frameworks, advise on financial questions, and automate recurring sales and revenue reporting.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive finance experience
  • Experience supporting a sales or revenue organization
  • Experience with deal desk or pricing responsibilities is preferred
  • Experience owning a revenue or bookings forecast
  • Advanced financial modeling skills
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with CRM and BI tools such as Salesforce, Looker, or Tableau
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical field
  • MBA or CFA is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the revenue forecast model
  • Integrate pipeline, bookings, and consumption data
  • Evaluate pricing, discounting, margin impact, and contract structure
  • Build dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, conversion, win rates, and bookings trends
  • Lead monthly and quarterly forecast variance analysis
  • Develop frameworks for deal profitability and discount guardrails
  • Advise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Legal on deal-related financial questions
  • Represent the commercial forecast in FP&A planning cycles
  • Streamline and automate sales and revenue reporting
