About the Role
Own the end-to-end enterprise offering for global and domestic omnichannel customers by defining commercial strategy and product direction, scaling the offering, developing customer insights, influencing product roadmaps, leading commercialization and go-to-market execution, and enabling commercial teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience spanning commercial, strategy, and product roles
- Experience in in-person payments
- Experience building direct customer relationships
- Ability to synthesize global customer and market feedback into actionable insights
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial narratives
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence decisions without direct authority
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and simplify complexity
Responsibilities
- Define the long- and short-term commercial value proposition
- Package, bundle, and scale the enterprise offering across verticals and regions
- Anticipate market and regulatory shifts
- Build customer relationships to inform strategy and go-to-market execution
- Translate customer feedback into data-driven recommendations
- Partner with Product Leadership to inform roadmap priorities
- Drive commercialization and go-to-market execution
- Lead product deep-dives and vision-selling with key customers
- Enable global commercial teams to position and sell the offering
