About the Role

You will own the technical and product narrative, explaining what is built, how it is built, and why it matters. You will translate complex AI infrastructure, engineering velocity, and product innovation into clear stories for technical and finance audiences. You will build and run a fast product-launch communications engine with Product, Engineering, and Marketing; develop AI tools and workflows; cultivate media relationships; and create memorable written, visual, and video product news. You will prepare executives and subject-matter experts for media and speaking engagements. You will also build the analyst-relations program, develop relationships with analysts and firms, prepare leadership for analyst interactions, and bring analyst insights into communications, product marketing, sales enablement, and product development.

Requirements

  • Experience in tech and product communications at a high-growth or AI-native company.
  • Fluency in AI and hands-on use of AI tools.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace.
  • Clear, concise, human writing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical and product narrative.

  • Build relationships with journalists, creators, and influential voices.
  • Create memorable product news through written, visual, and video formats.
  • Prepare executives and subject-matter experts for media and speaking engagements.
  • Build an analyst-relations program and strengthen category positioning.
  • Develop relationships with key analysts and firms.
  • Prepare leadership with materials and messaging for analyst interactions.
  • Feed analyst insights into communications, product marketing, sales enablement, and product development.
