About the Role
You design, develop, and support high-performance backend services for earn, lending, token allocation, and stablecoin yield products. You collaborate with product, design, risk, and quant stakeholders and participate in production support and incident response.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of backend development experience in financial or related industries
- Java, SpringBoot, and SpringCloud experience
- AI-assisted development tools such as Codex and Claude Code
- Microservice and API development
- Multi-threading and concurrency control
- Distributed system design
- Kafka and Redis
- Kubernetes
- MySQL or equivalent relational databases
- Cloud-based Linux production support
- Understanding of finance concepts including earn, lending, and yield products
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Experience with earn and loan products, stablecoin yield systems, or subscription and allocation systems
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance, high-availability backend services for Simple Earn, Flash Earn, and Loan products
- Build and maintain the Jumpstart subscription and allocation system
- Design and implement stablecoin yield distribution and settlement systems
- Collaborate with product, design, risk, and quant teams
- Participate in on-call production support and incident response
