About the Role

You will lead high-visibility incident response and enterprise escalations, coordinating responders until services are restored. You will manage internal and customer communications, own status-page updates and customer-facing root cause analyses, track corrective actions and incident metrics, create knowledge materials, improve processes, and join the on-call rotation.

Requirements

Enterprise customer support experience or direct experience working with enterprise customers
Written communication skills for translating technical incident details to non-technical audiences
Knowledge of customer communication and documentation practices
Incident management process and best-practice knowledge
Data analysis and reporting skills
Working familiarity with Linux virtualization and Kubernetes

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of technical incidents and enterprise customer escalations
Coordinate cross-functional incident response efforts
Bridge Customer Success with engineering and product teams
Own status-page communications
Produce customer-facing root cause analyses
Document and track corrective actions
Maintain and report incident metrics
Develop training materials documentation and knowledge-base articles
Design incident-response and self-service support processes
Participate in the on-call rotation
