About the Role
You lead lifecycle strategy for international consumer engagement, build automated and triggered customer journeys, use segmentation and experimentation to improve engagement, develop performance reporting, and maintain compliant communications across markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth engagement marketing, or marketing automation
- Experience with segmentation, personalization, and automated journeys
- Experience with experimentation, hypothesis development, and A/B testing
- Analytical fluency with Excel, relational databases, and dashboards
- Experience developing marketing strategy across multiple markets
- Ability to lead cross-functionally through influence
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle strategy for international consumer engagement
- Identify, size, and prioritize opportunities across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation
- Build personalized customer journeys with product, marketing, design, data science, and creative partners
- Define and execute contact strategies through automated and triggered journeys
- Design and implement A/B tests
- Drive creative development and iteration
- Establish performance reporting for campaign effectiveness
- Define success metrics and validate audience logic with data science and analytics
- Maintain quality assurance, governance, documentation, and messaging guardrails
