About the Role

You will design and implement online games using Unity and C#, working directly with art, design, and backend engineers. You will write, maintain, and optimize readable performant code, integrate client features with backend systems, and continuously adopt Unity best practices and new game technologies. You will use version control to manage iterations, debug multiplayer issues, and ensure smooth gameplay across platforms.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in game development
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
  • Strong working experience with the Unity Engine
  • Proficient in C#
  • Strong knowledge of Unity features such as UI Toolkit Addressables or DOTS ECS
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git or Perforce
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication skills and remote work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement high-quality online games using Unity
  • Integrate game features and assets with art and design pipelines
  • Integrate client systems with bespoke backend infrastructure
  • Maintain and optimize codebase for clarity and performance
  • Implement and debug multiplayer features and networking
  • Use version control to manage code and collaborate with engineers
  • Research and apply Unity and game development best practices
