About the Role
You will study and document operational workflows before designing durable, auditable automation systems. You will build, test, deploy, and monitor production automations and user interfaces; measure operational outcomes; collaborate on safe role-based tooling; and own deployment, monitoring, on-call support, incident response, auditability, traceability, and data lineage.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and monitor production automations and user interfaces
- Partner with frontend engineers to productize operational tooling
- Execute operational procedures to identify manual processes before automating them
- Instrument and report operational baseline and outcome metrics
- Produce Platform Opportunity Briefs and RFCs for platform tooling and automations
- Collaborate with brokerage leadership, Compliance, and Security to build auditable automations with role-based access and runbooks
- Own system deployment, monitoring, on-call support, and incident response
- Build systems with auditability, traceability, and data lineage
