Users create or join markets by quote-posting or replying to @kash_bot with a stance and a dollar amount; Kash's AI parses the intent, signs the transaction, and executes it on-chain automatically. Markets are AI-generated in real time from trending topics (sports events like the World Cup, crypto prices, cultural moments), and resolutions are automated and trustless, with winnings paid out in USDC and the $KASH token to self-custodial wallets. The platform also offers advanced features such as limit orders, leveraged stakes, market creation with revenue sharing, private predictions via DMs, and an AI assistant (Ask Kash) for real-time odds and stats. About the Role
You'll work across a TypeScript monorepo made up of 30+ event-driven microservices and a Next.js webapp, owning features from concept to production. This isn't a cog-in-the-machine role — you'll have real ownership, direct impact, and the autonomy to make decisions. You'll move fast while caring about craft, and you'll be expected to be proficient with AI-driven development tools like Cursor and Claude Code as part of how you build every day.
Requirements
- Cursor + Claude Code proficiency
- Fast learner able to master new domains in days
- Bias toward shipping and action
- System architect mindset able to design and scale distributed systems from scratch
- 7-10+ years of software engineering experience
- Expert-level TypeScript
- Containerization fluency with Docker, ECS, orchestration
- Strong product instincts and care about UX
- Clear async communication, writing over meetings
- High autonomy
