seal is a Web3 consumer app studio currently building out a new peer-to-peer prediction protocol. The studio's flagship products include Stand, a copy trading platform for prediction markets where users can find and follow strategies to trade, and Kramer, a Farcaster-integrated app that lets users create predictions and bet against the Farcaster community to win DEGEN tokens. seal targets Web3 consumers and the Farcaster community, positioning itself as a builder of consumer-facing prediction market applications with a stated commitment to minimal, respectful communication ('No Clutter' promise).

About the Role
You will help accelerate Stand's roadmap and shape the future of prediction market trading, starting with the advanced trading terminal. You'll write high quality, well-tested code and hold your teammates' code to a high bar. You'll architect, build, deploy, and maintain the infrastructure underlying the product offerings. You'll work closely with design and product teams to craft first-class user experiences, and you'll own product improvement ideas from ideation through to completion.
Requirements
- Based in the US
- 2+ yrs of engineering experience at a fast-pace startup
- Extensive experience shipping significant full stack products all the way to launch
- Demonstrated proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Solidity, Go, Rust
- Supremely curious
- Web3 native
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly skilled in building with cloud infrastructure, networking, or orchestration with AWS (e.g. Docker, ECS, CDK, DynamoDB)
- Extensive knowledge on the EVM and general Ethereum infra
- Experience writing smart contracts
Responsibilities
- Write high quality and well tested code; scrutinize over other team members' code
- Architect, build, deploy and maintain the infrastructure underlying Stand's product offerings
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to craft first-class user experiences
- Participate and own product improvement ideas from start to finish
