About the Role
You will build and improve platform UI using microfrontends, a shared design system, and a Server-Driven UI library. You will own technical design and delivery, work end to end when needed, maintain reliable releases, respond to production issues, and mentor other engineers.

- Professional experience building and shipping production systems
- Experience with scalable, reliable, performant, and secure system design
- Experience delivering clean, secure, well-tested code
- Technical leadership and mentoring skills
Responsibilities
- Build and ship platform UI and improvements using microfrontend architecture, a shared design system, and Server-Driven UI
- Own the technical design and delivery of complex features or services
- Ship high-quality incremental changes with scalability, security, and maintainability
- Work across TypeScript, React, adjacent services, and integrations when needed
- Use AI tooling to improve implementation, reviews, documentation, testing, and debugging
- Define SLIs, instrument work, and monitor impact
- Maintain CI/CD, tests, safe rollouts, and fast rollbacks
- Respond to production issues and contribute to blameless postmortems
- Conduct code reviews, create documentation, mentor engineers, and improve shared packages
