About the Role
You will design and build responsive React and TypeScript web applications for configuring AI agents, managing deployments, monitoring conversations, and analyzing performance. You will build reusable components, integrate backend services and real-time technologies, optimize accessibility and reliability, improve developer tooling, and provide frontend technical leadership.

Responsibilities
- Define and deliver AI Receptionist capabilities with product, design, and engineering partners
- Design and build responsive React and TypeScript web applications
- Build interfaces for configuring AI agents, managing knowledge sources, testing behavior, and deploying voice agents
- Build reusable UI components and frontend infrastructure
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, WebSockets, and streaming technologies
- Surface LLM-powered capabilities through user experiences
- Optimize performance, accessibility, reliability, and responsiveness
- Drive frontend architecture and engineering best practices
- Improve productivity through testing, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and automation
- Mentor engineers through technical leadership and design reviews
