About the Role
You will design, develop, and maintain consumer-facing web and mobile features from concept through production monitoring. You will lead experimentation, make architecture decisions, ensure code quality, collaborate across disciplines, mentor engineers, and improve cross-platform experiences.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience focused on consumer-facing web or mobile products
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and the React ecosystem
- Production experience with React Native and cross-platform mobile development
- Experience with Next.js App Router, React Server Components, and client/server boundaries
- Experience with A/B testing, feature flags, and experimentation frameworks
- Experience with WebSockets or Server-Sent Events
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress
- Familiarity with Vite, Webpack, CI/CD pipelines, and performance profiling
- Experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or other high-trust consumer products
- Strong written and verbal English
- An active AI-assisted development workflow
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain consumer-facing features across React web and React Native mobile applications
- Own product work from discovery and technical design through release, monitoring, experimentation, and iteration
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation strategies
- Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Mobile engineers
- Make technical framework and architecture decisions
- Ensure code quality, accessibility, performance, and testability
- Mentor engineers and contribute to continuous improvement
- Lead complex cross-platform initiatives
- Apply AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle
