The current platform provides stablecoin-focused enterprise workflows including named virtual accounts and fiat collection, institutional stablecoin trading and FX/OTC conversion, stablecoin-to-fiat payouts through local banking rails, and fiat-backed stablecoin issuance with minting, redemption, compliance, onboarding, and distribution infrastructure. About the Role
You will independently improve Trust & Safety operations, maintain process documentation, and lead process reviews through delivery. You will manage operational metrics, dashboards, recurring reporting, and leadership insights. You will coordinate with partner teams, handle escalations, improve training and tooling, and maintain the fraud roadmap, risk register, KPI/KRI reporting, and governance records.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in operations, program management, or a similar role in Trust & Safety, fraud, risk, or compliance operations
- Experience independently driving operational improvements
- Experience managing operations metrics, dashboards, and reporting
- Experience handling partner relationships and escalations

Responsibilities
- Improve Trust & Safety operational processes end to end
- Maintain current operations process documentation
- Lead process reviews and deliver improvement plans
- Manage operational metrics, dashboards, and recurring reporting
- Analyze trends and exceptions and provide actionable leadership insights
- Coordinate Trust & Safety operations with partner teams
- Handle operations inquiries and escalations
- Represent operations in cross-functional forums
- Develop operations training strategy and content
- Identify and drive tooling enhancements with technical partners
- Maintain the fraud program roadmap and track milestones
- Maintain the fraud risk and issue register and remediation deadlines
- Prepare recurring fraud KPI and KRI reporting
- Maintain program records, decision logs, and governance documentation
