About the Role
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Group management reporting and monthly flash results. You will analyse performance, coordinate reporting across regions and functions, lead flash review meetings, maintain pro forma calculations and controls, improve data integrity and reporting automation, and coach a three-person team in India.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant or finance professional, ideally ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- More than 10 years of finance experience, including substantial FP&A, management reporting, financial control, or performance analysis experience.
- Experience delivering Group management reporting and flash results in a complex multi-entity or international organisation.
- Understanding of month-end close, management reporting controls, reconciliations, and statutory and management reporting.
- Experience producing pro forma or adjusted financial information for actuals and forecasts.
- Advanced Excel and analytical capability.
- Experience with ERP, EPM, consolidation, reporting, or BI tools and Finance Systems teams.
- Experience managing and developing geographically dispersed or offshore finance teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Group management reporting.
- Prepare and deliver monthly flash results.
- Analyse actual performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Maintain reporting timetables, governance, and quality-assurance processes.
- Support regional finance teams with aligned management reporting.
- Lead monthly flash meetings with functional and regional teams.
- Present Group performance and insights to senior stakeholders.
- Run Group pro forma calculations for actuals and forecasts.
- Reconcile management reporting with underlying financial records.
- Improve data integrity, reporting reliability, and process automation.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three in India.
