About the Role
You will deploy, maintain, debug, and optimize production-ready AI systems for secure, distributed environments. You will build agentic workflows, translate customer requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot data pipelines and model inference, analyze hardware performance, and provide technical guidance to enterprise clients. You will also support deployments and integrations at customer locations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of combined software engineering and machine learning experience
- Active US Security clearance
- Experience deploying and maintaining machine learning or AI systems in production
- Expertise with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, and JAX
- Experience debugging data pipelines, model inference, and hardware interactions
- Communication skills to turn vague requirements into actionable plans
- Ability to work in dynamic, customer-facing environments
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to scope, deploy, and maintain AI solutions in production environments
- Design, develop, and deploy agentic workflows for multi-step reasoning, tool use, and decision-making
- Debug and optimize data pipelines and AI systems on customer networks
- Translate ambiguous customer requirements into well-scoped technical solutions
- Work across model inference and infrastructure automation
- Read hardware schematics and logs to identify performance bottlenecks and suggest improvements
- Serve as a technical advisor to enterprise clients
- Provide feedback to improve product robustness and usability
