About the Role
You will serve as the financial partner for assigned programs, guiding budgets, forecasts, profitability, and performance. You will lead estimate-at-complete analyses, identify risks and opportunities, build reporting dashboards, ensure regulatory compliance, and support cost proposals and pricing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- Eight or more years of progressive finance experience
- At least three years of aerospace, defense, or government contracting experience
- Understanding of FAR, DFARS, CAS regulations, and contract types
- Advanced ERP or MRP systems, financial modeling, and forecasting proficiency
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- U.S. citizenship required for Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and performance management for assigned programs
- Prepare and analyze quarterly estimates at complete for fixed-price and cost-reimbursement contracts
- Drive monthly and annual budgeting, variance analysis, and long-range forecasts
- Identify, track, and mitigate execution risks and financial opportunities
- Develop Excel and Power BI dashboards for program-health briefings
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, GAAP, and audit requirements
- Develop cost proposals, pricing strategies, and business case analyses
