About the Role
You will own components of the three- to five-year plan, design financial models, and translate strategy into financial targets. You will support quarterly board processes, build stock-based compensation and equity models, forecast consolidated cash flow, benchmark peers, and analyze capital-raising and long-term operating decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, or management consulting
- Advanced financial modeling skills
- Experience building long-range, scenario, sensitivity, or valuation models
- Knowledge of consolidated financial statements, SaaS or fintech operating metrics, and external benchmarking
- Communication and storytelling skills for executive and board audiences
- Cross-functional partnership and structured problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of AI, automation, and systems thinking
Responsibilities
- Own components of the three- to five-year long-range plan, including model design and scenario analysis
- Manage components of the quarterly board process, including frameworks, narratives, materials, and Q&A
- Build and operationalize stock-based compensation and equity models
- Lead consolidated cash-flow forecasting and management-reserve strategy
- Benchmark peer companies on financial and non-financial metrics
- Support capital-raise activities with pro forma reporting, forecasting, and capital-structure analysis
- Perform ad hoc analyses for long-term planning and decision-making
