About the Role

You will provide executive administrative support, manage calendars and meetings, arrange travel and expenses, and coordinate events. You will manage changing requests, communicate for leadership, build relationships across business units, maintain confidential information, and use Microsoft productivity tools.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of executive administrative experience preferred
  • Organizational, time-management, prioritization, and project-management skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing sensitive and confidential information
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to lift and move 50 pounds
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or related work experience
