About the Role
You will lead and mentor applications engineers supporting autonomy software customers. You will prioritize customer issues, contribute code and technical designs, support pre- and post-sales work, improve documentation and support processes, coordinate product feedback, and track team and customer-engagement metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of industry experience
- 5+ years in a customer-facing engineering role
- 5+ years as an engineering manager

Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in the Hivemind Autonomy Software Development Kit
- Lead, mentor, and develop autonomy applications engineers
- Manage, prioritize, and delegate customer issues
- Contribute code, designs, solutions, and architecture to projects
- Support business development in pre-sales and post-sales activities
- Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and onboarding support
- Improve user guides, FAQs, and knowledge bases
- Escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Coordinate customer feedback with product development, sales, and customer success
- Set performance goals and conduct evaluations
- Improve support processes and report engagement and resolution metrics
