About the Role
You will lead the Learning initiative across self-paced and enterprise-managed learning experiences. You will define strategy, own the roadmap and delivery, establish engineering practices for scalable interactive systems, and work with R&D, Learning and Enablement, Marketing, and Field Engineering partners.
Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years of engineering management experience
- 2+ years managing other managers or readiness to do so
- Staff engineer-caliber individual contributor background
- Full-stack experience including backend development
- Experience scaling engineering teams from 10 to 30+ engineers
- Experience building and scaling consumer-facing products
- Experience building scalable, distributed, customer-facing SaaS systems
- Experience with product-led growth and AI product development
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical and product strategy for Learning
- Own the roadmap, execution, and delivery of the Learning product
- Establish design review, code quality, testing, and performance practices
- Partner with R&D, Learning and Enablement, Marketing, and Field Engineering
- Lead and grow a team of engineers
