About the Role

Act as a technical subject matter expert for industrial cybersecurity deployments. Assess, design, implement, and deliver customized integrations and network security controls for ICS environments. Provide first-line technical support, train and coach customers on solution deployment, define technical solutions for customer use cases, identify product gaps, collaborate with product and engineering, and support sales for key accounts.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 3+ years developing cybersecurity solutions and services focused on IAM/PAM, ICS environments, and network security.
  • 3+ years working with industrial control systems such as SCADA, DCS, RTUs, IACS, PLCs, HMIs, engineering workstations, and historians.
  • 3+ years designing and deploying network security solutions in industrial networks, including zoning, segmentation, and isolation.
  • Linux system administration and troubleshooting experience.
  • Comfort with at least one high-level programming language.
  • Proficiency in Shell, Bash, Python, and C++.
  • Knowledge of virtual machines, network virtualization, and containerization technologies including Docker.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, customer focus, communication, and teaching skills.
  • Experience working directly in an industrial environment is a plus.
  • Experience with automation platforms such as Ansible is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Self-motivated and results-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients while delivering customized integrations and workflows.
  • Serve as the first line of defense for customer support requests and coordinate resolutions with engineering teams.
  • Provide training and coaching on establishing and managing Xage Security deployments.
  • Map customer business challenges and product features to business benefits.
  • Represent customers internally and influence product roadmap improvements.
  • Define technical solutions using internal and third-party software, hardware, and tools.
  • Collaborate with sales to build client relationships and support account growth.
  • Identify product functionality gaps and work with product management and engineering to address them.
