About the Role
You will design and maintain secure cloud and hybrid infrastructure, container standards, and Kubernetes security. You will secure CI/CD pipelines, monitor and respond to incidents, maintain SIEM pipelines, build security tooling and alerts, develop security policies, and lead security projects from issue identification through implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- 3–5 years of cloud security, infrastructure security, or related experience
- Cloud security and compliance framework knowledge
- Proficiency with AWS, GCP, or Azure security services
- Experience securing hybrid AWS/on-premises or multi-cloud environments, including IAM
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools
- Containerization security knowledge
- Network security and protocol knowledge
- Python or Bash scripting experience
- Be located in Tokyo or willing to relocate
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure container standards and automation
- Maintain Kubernetes security
- Integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines
- Secure CI/CD pipelines and maintain code-scanning platforms
- Monitor and respond to cloud and hybrid security events
- Maintain SIEM data pipelines
- Build and maintain security operations infrastructure using Python, Terraform, and configuration management
- Develop security dashboards and alerts
- Develop and maintain cloud security policies, standards, and procedures
- Own security projects from issue identification through implementation
- Track emerging cloud security threats and mitigation strategies
