About the Role

You will own the foundational infrastructure that supports Finance operations. You will partner with Accounting on capital and depreciation policy, manage the roadmap for ERP, planning, and reporting systems, establish scalable forecasting standards, standardize planning and reporting processes, improve finance data infrastructure, and lead change management and training.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A leadership, finance transformation, or finance systems experience
  • Experience with capital asset policy, depreciation methodology, or capitalization standards
  • Experience leading finance systems implementations or upgrades involving ERP, EPM, planning, or BI platforms
  • Deep understanding of forecasting and planning methodologies
  • Experience documenting and standardizing processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain depreciation methodologies and useful-life assumptions for infrastructure assets
  • Own the roadmap for Finance ERP, planning, and reporting systems
  • Lead finance systems implementations and upgrades
  • Build standardized processes for planning, reporting, and month-end close support
  • Ensure capital policies, system changes, and forecasting standards are adopted consistently
  • Improve finance data architecture and reporting infrastructure
  • Roll out new tools, policies, and methodologies with documentation and training
