About the Role
You serve as a public voice for a cloud platform, building credibility and relationships with developers, ML engineers, technical builders, architects, and executives. You create short-form technical content, define engagement strategy, lead social and community presence, engage developers at events, connect feedback to internal teams, and measure audience and adoption impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in developer relations, developer marketing, technical content creation, or a related field
- Experience building and engaging technical audiences at scale
- Technical fluency in GPU clusters, model training workflows, inference optimization, and cloud infrastructure
- Working knowledge of distributed inference and post-training techniques including fine-tuning, LoRA, quantization, RLHF, and model distillation
- Ability to communicate with practitioners, architects, economic buyers, and executives
- Hands-on experience producing short-form video for technical or developer audiences
- Comfort serving as a public-facing voice on camera and across social platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the public voice across developer audiences
- Develop a point of view on AI infrastructure, GPU compute, model training, and inference
- Create and produce short-form video content
- Build a consistent content engine across formats
- Define developer engagement strategy
- Own the editorial calendar across social and community channels
- Establish presence across X, YouTube, Discord, GitHub, Reddit, and emerging channels
- Build feedback loops between communities and internal teams
- Engage developers at conferences and meetups
- Capture developer perspectives and feed insights into content, product, and go-to-market
- Partner with Developer Relations, Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Marketing
- Define and track content, audience, community, and adoption metrics
