About the Role
You own the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing channels that generate leads, build brand awareness, and support lifecycle marketing. You manage paid media, email, webinars, PLG, ABM, nurture programs, testing, analytics, vendor relationships, and cross-functional initiatives to improve growth and campaign performance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience
- Experience driving demand generation and brand growth in B2B environments
- Expertise in paid media including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and X Ads
- Expertise in marketing automation with Marketo
- Expertise in CRM with Salesforce
- Experience with Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, and Sigma
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to communicate performance results and forecasts to executive stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience managing agencies or vendors
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically with incomplete information
Responsibilities
- Own strategy, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns
- Manage lead generation partners and vendors
- Implement and scale product-led growth programs
- Develop and implement an account-based marketing strategy
- Build dashboards and metrics for campaign performance
- Conduct A/B tests and improve conversion rates and campaign ROI
- Develop system integrations for lead flow and data capture
- Build and manage evergreen nurture tracks
- Partner with product, sales, design, and operations teams
- Lead a scalable experimental testing framework
- Evaluate the competitive landscape
