About the Role
You will design, build, and maintain integrations and data pipelines across manufacturing, ERP, PLM, MES, quality, cloud, and automation systems. You will implement traceability, data quality, compliance controls, infrastructure automation, monitoring, documentation, and deployment pipelines while mentoring junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, data engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience with certifications.
- 12–15+ years of data engineering or enterprise-integration experience.
- Experience integrating MES and ERP platforms in a production manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience delivering multi-system integration projects through production go-live.
- U.S. Person status under ITAR/EAR.
- Ability to maintain or obtain a DoD clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain integrations between MES, ERP, PLM, QMS, and enterprise platforms.
- Build integration pipelines for Apriso, NetSuite, ForProject, Empower, and 3DX PLM.
- Implement API-based, event-driven, and batch integration patterns.
- Build data workflows for manufacturing traceability, quality, and regulatory documentation.
- Develop scalable ETL and ELT pipelines with lineage, observability, auditability, and quality controls.
- Manage infrastructure as code for data integration resources.
- Support regulatory compliance, CUI handling, and audit-ready data trails.
- Administer cloud data services and CI/CD pipelines.
- Write Python and PowerShell automation scripts.
- Monitor pipeline health, data freshness, and performance.
- Maintain integration documentation and mentor junior data engineers.
