About the Role

You will lead strategic credit recovery projects, implement regulatory changes, and coordinate stakeholders across the bank. You will analyze credit policies, card portfolio demands, indicators, and risks. You will prepare executive materials, support continuous improvements and complaints-related work, and use Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.

Requirements

  • Have a completed degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Have solid experience in credit recovery, collections, credit policy, credit risk, or a related financial-market area
  • Have experience leading and managing strategic projects involving multiple areas and stakeholders
  • Be able to lead initiatives autonomously
  • Have experience in complex environments involving business, products, operations, and risk
  • Know Excel and SQL for querying, analysis, and information validation
  • Have experience preparing executive presentations in PowerPoint
  • Be able to plan, prioritize, and track schedules

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate strategic credit recovery projects
  • Implement and monitor regulatory and policy changes affecting credit recovery
  • Coordinate with business areas and stakeholders to deliver projects
  • Support card portfolio demands and recovery and collection strategies
  • Map initiative risks, dependencies, and impacts
  • Prepare executive presentations and progress materials
  • Analyze and validate information to support decisions and project execution
  • Lead strategic initiatives autonomously and serve as a technical reference
  • Support complaints, processes, and continuous improvements in credit recovery
  • Use Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint to monitor indicators, analyze information, and prepare presentations
