About the Role

You will take ideas from a blank page to finished multi touchpoint campaigns owning every stage from insight to concept copy design production and final delivery You will lead and shape work for digital social app web events merch and print You will bring brand identity to life with premium craft typography and layout and collaborate with external agencies production partners and internal teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years in the creative industry with at least 4 years leading work as a Senior Creative or Art Director
  • Strong agency background in advertising or design agencies
  • A carefully curated portfolio end to end from copy lines to design to execution to final delivery with a command of art direction typography and motion
  • Strong ability to concept and write as well as art direct
  • Hands on experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite with motion experience a plus
  • Excellent presentation skills articulating selling and defending the work to founders and senior leadership
  • Budgeting experience and ability to run a project within a budget
  • Experience leading IRL activations alongside advertising and digital campaigns
  • Comfortable building for an app first multi market audience

Responsibilities

  • Art direct and design campaigns from concept through execution across digital social app web events merch and print
  • Build campaigns from initial insight and idea through concept copy design production and final delivery
  • Translate briefs and brand guidelines into considered premium work with typography and craft in the details
  • Own and evolve the brand's visual and verbal identity design language and tone of voice so it stays distinctive and consistent everywhere it shows up in every market
  • Lead and grow the creative team designing editors and directors raising the quality of everything shipped and acting as final bar on craft
  • Concept and direct multi touchpoint work spanning advertising digital app and real life activations
  • Drive both sides of the brief brand building work that makes people feel something and performance creative that converts
  • Lead creative for product launches and go to market moments across consumer and business products
  • Present and sell the work bring the founders and senior leadership along and pivot fast when the brief or market shifts
  • Partner across the business with external agencies production partners and internal product growth and marketing teams to bring ideas to life
  • Own creative budgets take a number and run with it
  • Translate the brand identity into work that feels premium and distinctly ours
