About the Role
You will independently negotiate and execute pre-M&A contracts, manage each matter from review through execution and system logging, and advise investment fund and asset manager clients. You will maintain contract playbooks, mentor junior legal professionals, and improve AI-backed contract review tools.

Responsibilities
- Negotiate and execute pre-M&A contracts
- Liaise directly with counterparties against agreed SLAs
- Serve as the primary contact for investment fund and asset manager clients
- Maintain and evolve client-specific contract playbooks
- Mentor junior lawyers and paralegals
- Review junior lawyers' and paralegals' work
- Improve legal technology tools
- Manage contract matters from first review through execution and system logging
